🏠Yes! No appointment is required, but we recommend visiting between 10am and 4pm, Monday through Saturday. We'd love to show you around and answer any questions about our facilities and services.
🥘Absolutely. Bring pre-portioned meals in zip-lock bags. We serve meals using eco-friendly Kleanbowls and follow your pet's home schedule to maintain consistency and comfort during their stay.

🧸Yes. Bedding should be washable and toys safe—avoid rope toys. You may bring a towel, small blanket, or t-shirt for comfort. These familiar scents help your pet feel more at home.
💊Yes. We administer oral and topical medications. Please provide clear instructions including dosage, timing, and any special handling requirements. Our trained staff will ensure your pet receives their medication on schedule.
⏰Yes. A $20 Day Boarding Fee applies for pickups after 2:30 PM and before 5:00 PM. We recommend picking up by 2:30 PM to avoid this additional charge.
✂️No. We do not offer cuts, but provide baths, nail trims, ear cleaning, de-matting, and other spa(w) services. Our grooming services focus on hygiene and comfort rather than styling.

First-time visit? We recommend scheduling a meet-and-greet or tour before your pet's first stay. This helps them get familiar with our environment and staff, making their actual boarding experience much more comfortable and stress-free!
